Is this psychological therapy?

No. We do not perform clinical mental health diagnoses or treatments. Our service is profound emotional support based on active listening techniques. If we detect that you require a specific clinical approach, we will recommend that you see the right professional.

How does a listening session work?

We meet in a quiet space (in-person or online). During sessions of between 30 and 60 minutes, your voice is the protagonist. We will ask guided questions and reflect your ideas so that you can find clarity by structuring your thoughts yourself.

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Absolutely. The foundation of any healthy support relationship is privacy. Your story stays under the shade of our tree.
